This unique, custom-built home has a warm contemporary design and is located on a Manhattan Beach walk street, just steps from the beach. We worked with the owners from conception to completion, providing value engineering throughout each step of the design process. The home features a four-stop elevator leading to a home theater and wine cellar on the lowest level.

The mood throughout the home is controlled by a custom Crestron lighting system, a Savant media system, and automated shades that can be programmed to provide shade and protect furniture and floors from the sun, even when the home is unoccupied. Imported stone, a generous amount of mahogany, custom T&G wood ceilings and flooring, along with multiple outdoor fireplaces and entertainment areas, make this a truly exquisite home and one we are very proud to have built.
