This home was once a heavily ornate Mediterranean-style house that we completely transformed into a beautiful contemporary home with fully upgraded amenities. In addition to the aesthetic changes required, the renovation triggered a significant amount of engineering and structural modifications. From the complex mechanical and electrical changes to the extensive decorative changes, our team responded to every challenge and delivered the home a month earlier than projected. Imported European floors, custom cabinetry, custom lacquer, and hand-glazed finishes all blend beautifully with the modern interior to create a highly sophisticated living environment.

Custom built and privately owned.
